- 2 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
- 4 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
- Ice

- Fine sea salt
- 2 to 3 drops Scrappy’s Grapefruit Bitters
Light half rim only
Method
- On a small plate, mix fine sea salt with 2 to 3 drops of grapefruit bitters until fragrant and evenly distributed.
- Lightly moisten half the rim of a tall glass and dip into the salt mixture. Let it set briefly.
- Fill the glass with ice.
